Kwasi Crawford

Kwasi Crawford has joined Lloyd Commercial Advisors, where he specializes in leasing and investment sales across the office and industrial sectors. With over six years of experience in commercial real estate, Kwasi has successfully represented both tenants and landlords, helping business owners and decision-makers secure real estate solutions that align with their company culture and long-term goals.

Kwasi is also deeply committed to community development. While in Atlanta, he served as Chair of the UCF National Networking Knights and participated in the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Diversity Mentorship Program (Class of 2023). He currently serves as a General Board Member for both Young Fathers of Central Florida and the Parramore Main Street District.

Kwasi holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida—Go Knights!

Outside of work, he enjoys music, art, exploring local neighborhoods, and staying active.
