Scott Lloyd CCIM, RPA
Scott Lloyd has been advising and representing small to mid-sized companies, nonprofits, and organizations in their commercial real estate decisions since 2002. With over two decades of experience, he has managed millions of square feet across all commercial asset classes and has closed over 1,500 lease and sale transactions. Scott has represented tenants, landlords, corporations, investors, and acted as a principal in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, land, retail, and aviation-related properties.
He holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and earned a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!). Scott is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
An active leader in the professional and civic arena, Scott has been involved with organizations such as NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, BOMA, AAAE, and the Orlando Economic Partnership. He has served as a court-appointed receiver for distressed portfolios and held key leadership roles including the Executive Committee of Florida Realtors, both the City of Orlando’s Board of Zoning Adjustment and Code Enforcement Boards, and is a past Treasurer of the Thornton Park Main Streets District. Scott is a founding board member of CFCAR and served as the 2017 President of the 1,000-member Florida CCIM Chapter.
Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership as Treasurer and is honored to be a Trustee of Leu Gardens, one of Orlando’s cultural gems.
